Kiwa NZ is proud to use NZ post & DHL Express to deliver our products to you, no matter where you are in the world. Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest manner possible. Signature on delivery is available for an additional shipping fee.

 

 

New Zealand

Kiwa NZ offers FREE Delivery + tracking for all domestic orders. Orders are dispatched same or following day of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 1 - 5 business days.

 

                             

                              Australia

Kiwa NZ offers FREE Delivery + tracking for all our Australian customers on orders over $100 NZD. Orders under $100 NZD incur a flat rate shipping fee of NZD $16.50. Orders can take 7-12 business days to be delivered to Australia. You can upgrade to Express delivery with DHL for an additional charge at checkout.

          

                              International

International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders can take 3 - 18 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and proximity to a major city. If your country is not listed please get in touch so we can provide you with shipping options.

 

Express International Post with our DHL partner is also available, cost dependent on your location which is calculated at checkout. This shipping method takes between 3 - 7 business days.

During peak shopping times e.g. Christmas time, please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.

*Please note as of July 2020 Covid-19 has caused significant delays in standard postage time frames due to the decrease in international flights. If you need your item in a certain timeframe we recommend upgrading to our DHL express service

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
